About the Fold:
You have a little lily in your pocket. Contrary to popular belief, not every occasion is ideal for a rose. There are many who prefer lilies. This fold provides two neat tubes of pocket square, convenient for showing off a nice edge design. This fold is ideal for casual social occasions. Wear it on a spring day while having a picnic in a park.
Be sure to use a fabric that is rigid. Mostly single coloured squares will deliver the best look for this fold. It’s not the hardest fold to learn, but the devil is in the detail. Ensure that you roll a nice conical shape for the main lily section. When placed in your pocket, ensure that the corner is tucked in behind the main lily, giving a gracious curve.
This is a fold of boyish ‘cuteness’ that is hard for a romantic interest to resist. One great way to use this fold since it is rather simple, is to bring it out once someone says that they love lilies. If you’re out with friends and someone casually mentions their love of lilies, remove your square, quickly re-fold into a lily. The, capture the wonder and amazement in the reaction.
This is not a fold for a rainy day or a work event. Use it while having a nice time in the sun with some good friends. It is a great fold of leisure, softness, and gentle flamboyance.
